The starter for the Book of thex drops in a small chest from a named in Befallen:Cavern of the Afflicted. There are 10 pages that need to be collected to advance the first stage of the quest.

Heritage Quest-The White Dragonscale Cloak:
Location: Miragul's Phylactery, Scion of IceItem Location : Right wing, all the way up at the top (need loc, zoned out and lost piece of paper with waypoint on it). All the way to the top where the "hand" name is, it is in the right room. You click a book on the floor and receive: Sailing with Three Sheets to the Wind.
You examine this item and it gives the quest The White Dragonscale Cloak, a level 84 Heritage quest.
I now need to seek out a Halfling who mentions a magical cloak made out of the scales of a white dragon, which I'm currently looking for. This was a beta server "disco" finding the starter so I assume nobody else has this yet...please post here when you find out anything, and I'm going to try to find the halfling right now.
